AMFI in partnership with the Ford Foundation and HIVOS has
organized a three - day workshop on Social Performance Management
to give an overview of social performance measurement and management in
Microfinance.
The Third day of this workshop will be an optional session
whereby members who would want/wish to develop an action plan for Social
performance management will be guided by the experts who will be facilitating
this workshop.
This workshop was for senior managers.
The workshop took place on October 19th
to 21st 2009 at the Panafric Hotel, Nairobi.

present Rating Initiative co-funding

Optional
afternoon session on Day 2 will assist MFIs in developing an action plan for
